After 17.5 weeks I have my Relentless Fabrication rock sliders. I was told 8 to 10 but who is countingo_O. I made the rookie move and kbs coated all if my stuff. Now going to install and many things are not lining up.. 20170403_164642.jpg
Only one of the top bolt holes line up. I slid the u bracket down so you can see it doesn't line up. Even if I were to grind the lower slider hole there would be about a 1/2" of material left. I don't think that would be very strong.20170403_164702.jpg Two hole line up:thumbsup:20170403_164724.jpg One here too20170403_164740.jpg
Four holes in the back line up in the back along with the CB crossmember bolt. I tried calling but no answer.

Am I doing something wrong here? The back looks good but the front is way off. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Looks like all the bolt holes are too low, is that an adapter plate for the cross member?

The sliders can move up slightly. Yes, that's a crossmember adaptor plate for the lower hole in the front.

@RelentlessFab can I get a little customer service??? I've tried calling and leaving a message 3 times and you've been tagged on TW twice. I really could use some insight to what appears to be your product not lining up.

Bummer OP, I hope Relentless comes through for ya. I know its really frustrating to finally get a product and to run into this dilemma.

Was just out of town a few days, looks like you're making it out that only a couple holes match when it looks as though everything lines up aside from the front lower hole that bolts to the U brackets on each slider. We can send you out a set of U brackets with the nut shifted over, though it may take a little bit of grinding/drilling to still get it in straight.
Please Email us directly to the email address your order confirmations/other correspondents came from, as we're not always on TW or next to the shop phone

Both the front top left bolt hole and the bracket hole don't line up.
