Has anyone experienced any hesitation under acceleration? Right at 2500rpm, in every gear, the engine kinda dies a bit right at 2500rpm. Doesn't matter what speed, or what gear I'm in.

Does it seem like its gonna die or does it just take a second for it to get up and go? Ive noticed when driving my moms 6spd fj cruiser, that it doesnt seem to start making power/torque until about 3000-3500rpms. If youre flooring it, it can seem like a bit of a hesitation..

It feels like it loses 2 cylinders, keeps accelerating but like i say, right at 2500rpm it just kinda loses it's power.

Hmmm.. id get a code reader like an ultraguage or a scangauge, or take it to autozone and see if its throwing any trouble codes. Might help you narrow down the problem, or whether or not you have one.. doesnt sound normal like what i described though..

I had a hesitation problem not too long ago I was popping bank 1 and 2 lean codes constantly. Turns out I put bad gas in my tank I had to drop my tank and take the pump out and clean off the filter on the pump and the tank
This might not be what you have to do but that's what fixed my problem maybe you could run some premium fuel and some sea foam in there see if it helps

Doesn't happen in first gear. All the way through 2nd up to 6th it doesn't want to pull hard. Taking it to the doc.
