    I am sure you are aware, there is a lot of repeating here on TW. My favorites are when people repeat advice, but obviously have no real experience with the topic at hand (have I done this? Totes Yes).

    Here are a few to get us started:

    - you will definitely have to re-gear
    - you're gonna need new UCAs now
    - you will want to throw some lockers in while your in there
