Yes I have that too... so when I see a bump coming I don't languish on the clutch, I put the truck in gear and drive it. I live in PA where ALL roads have potholes and its an everyday thing. Now my spare tire is rattling....

I just got mine about 2 weeks ago, and the noises seem to be the way the truck is.
I'm coming from an 09 TSX MT, and at first I thought the noises were happening because I couldn't find the gear properly. But I'm sure it's not me, that's the the truck works.

Any video yet? Noise in an MT is pretty common. As long as nothing is grinding or binding I wouldn't worry.

Yea mine makes a rattling noise when I let out the clutch in first gear.... nothing failed so don't want the dealer to mess with it and break something else.

Don't let off the gas as much and it won't rattle coming out of first.

To OP, the clank in neutral while going over bumps is normal, as others have said. I've only ever heard it once personally. Shouldn't be in neutral going over large bumps. If it makes you feel any better manual Jeeps do the same thing, far more pronounced and frequent might I add.
