    just wanted to clarify...

2013 dbl cab with OME 885 and top plate spacer for full 3" lift up front 90000 shocks, Total Chaos Upper Control Arms and an alignment with 3.0+ degree of caster with 285/70/17 tires, 4.5 Back Space and +12 offset on the rims = no rubbing.

i know each truck is a little different from the other, but my truck has no rubbing issues on the fenders or cab mount.

i just wanted to put this out there for those swear you will get rubbing with this wheel and tire/suspension package.

    best of luck!

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Your lucky. I have a similar setup and still rub when flexing it hard after alot of trimming and cab mount chopping

The positive offset is the key factor to your non rubbing

Yeah, same boat, almost exact setup as OP and I can't fit 285/75 R16 without rubbing. Can't even leave the parking lot let alone wheel :(

2013 AC LB with 886 coils around nitrochargers and TC uppers. Caster is at 3.0

Well... OP didn't specify in what situation his truck was in with no rubbing (without trimming anything!). What he probably means is it doesn't rub when its sitting in the drive way. ;)

Until your backing out the driveway down the small incline onto the street and hear the BRRRR. :D

with a 255/70R17 the rub would be a smaller chance correct? Skinnier tire or am I stupid?

    - Total Chaos 3.5 Long travel kit - Fox 2.5 coilovers w/ resis -Prerunner bumper -Fiberglass front fenders -Fiberwerx tt bedsides - Dmz Sua - fox 2.5x16 triple bypasses
    Correct

For what its worth I ran 285/70/17 with total chaos ucas, fox coilovers set at 2.5, 17x8.5 offset, 4.5 backspacing, method wheels. I had extremely minimal rubbing. I trimmed some spots on the front corner of the bumper as well as inner fender with some heavy duty scissors, though a dremmel would do a better job. Rubbing was extremely minimal and had to be flexed at the right angle to hear it rub on day to day driving. When offroading the cab mount would have some rubber marks on it, nothing crazy. Though I didn't go too hard with the mid travel.

I know op's offset is different but just for future reference for other members

edit: ahhhh shit old post lol

I'm about to go look at tires and wheels today I have a spacer lift now but the UCA is maxed so thinking of the 5100 and stock coils to bring it down to make alignment right. I don't want to buy new UCA. I guess I need to make a call......

    #truth.

OP get a wheel off the ground flexing the thing and run through the turning range.... guaranteed to rub.
