I'm sure this has been discussed before but having a hard time finding a thread... Does anyone know how to remove these rubber panels that are on the doors and dash? I know they come colored in certain trims like the Limited... I'm thinking of upholstering them for a more custom look.. Just not sure how easy they are to remove.

This should walk you through removing the door trim and some of the dash trim

Might want to go to Harbor Freight and buy some nylon or plastic pry tools for removing trim pieces so you don't muck up the plastic trim.

i would like to remove them and add more cushion to them! Idk if anyone else experience this but they make my elbow hurt on long trips! plus it will allow me to get a decent grip on the none telescopic stupid steering wheel

so true. i love the rubberized look and feel of it, but the dust that i brushed on the driver's side panel on the drive home when i picked up the truck on delivery 5 months ago... is still there. holy crap it's a dust and dirt magnet like nothing else
