    Edit - 2013 extended cab 4wd
So got a lift a few months back, 2.5 front with 1" blocks in the rear.

Just noticed yesterday that the rear passenger side tire sticks out about 1-1.5" more than the drivers side. Brought it into the shop who did the work today.

The floor manager has a lifted tacoma as well, so when he confirmed the offset he took a look at his and saw the same thing (just opposite wheels).

This can't be a thing. There is no way a stock truck has this kind of offset. My truck has never been in an accident. I drive it pretty hard and I just drove on a couple hours of washboard last week..... Has anyone seen this before?

My guess is that the bed is off center. Loosen bed bolts, align the bed, tighten bolts.

My truck is stock and it looks like the rear axle is shifted to the right quite a bit. I am not the original owner but I know that the truck was backed into a pole or bollard or something hard before I bought it. I know this because the chrome bumper is lightly dented on the driver's side. Another result of this little incident is the left bedside (fender?) is bowed outward... this is a large panel and you can't really tell unless you. So the rear axle is not actually shifted to the right, it just looks that way because the left rear fender is bowed out.

I'm just saying it could be something other than the axle actually sitting off-center... and maybe your rig was not in an accident but possibly the body panels are not all perfectly straight?

Or maybe it's just the bed bolts :D

i did bump into a pole at like 5mph a while back.. put a small dent in the bumper. I'll look into it. I guess what would definitely solve the mystery is if i measure from body mounts to tire.
