After spending more than 25yrs as an Elec Eng for our manufacturer, I retired 1.5yrs ago. I was a member of the SE group, which develops , tests, and sets up new product development. The Tacoma is made in San Antonio plant, the Rav 4 made in Canada, and last but not least, the Camry is made in Ky. as well as the Avalons. I spent many , many months at each facilty with new model changes. I wrote the robotic integration software so welding and assembly robots can all talk to each other. Most people have no idea of the man-power involved in making these products. Glad to be retired and glad Toyota is investing in America.
