Icon coil overs in front, icon res shocks in rear with leaf. RCI bed rack with Thule rtt

im new to owning a tacoma though ive owned several toyotas in the past. the tacoma i have right now is an 05 trd. its 4x4 6sp manual. the spare tire was taken off by the previous owner and the tool to the rack is no where to be found in the truck. anywhere i can purchase it?

This might be a dumb question. Are the rods that go into the rack to let the tire down, all the Same?

I briefly worked at a tire shop. We had 4 or 5 different tools for dropping the spare on the different makes of vehicles. Toyotas should all be the same IIRC.
