Definitely not a TOB chirp or squeal, more like a low pitch whine or hum and very quiet. As the clutch is disengaged it gets quieter and then after it's fully disengaged no noise at all. Comes back incrementally as the clutch is engaged. I only notice it in neutral. It could just be the input shaft being loud. These gearboxes are pretty noisy and there isn't much insulation in the floor.

I noticed it after my local dealer lubed the clutch pedal for me after it started creaking though I'm pretty sure the only reason I noticed it is I was listening to the clutch pedal without the music on. That's how quiet this noise is. They also tried to charge me for the clutch pedal lube job even though there's a TSB and I'm under a full Toyota warranty for another 4 years. When I complained they zeroed the charge out at least.

I'll check latter but I don't remember any noise but hard to hear anything over the clanky 4.0

    Not Enough.
Normal. Every manual transmission I've ever owned (a lot) has made some kind of pressure plate/input shaft noise while running in neutral with the clutch pedal out. My truck does it too. Along with the pads shifting in the calipers. And the squeaky leaf springs. And the "Taco Tick". Just live with it, you'll drive yourself crazy trying to get it to be as quiet as a Cadillac. It's a Toyota truck, not a Rolex.
