does anyone make screen protectors for the etune head unit (like what you'd put on a cell phone)? I tend I drive with the windows down here in az it's just dust central. I can see that touch screen plastic gettin swirl marked to hell making it irritating in the az sun.

(Would be nice for the PRNDS lever too. But not crucial there obvs)

I have this same thing but from Amazon, if it does reduce glare its only marginally. It's still a glossy surface. I have had no issues viewing whats on the screen here in sunny California, then again all my windows are tinted and it gets pretty dark inside the cabin.

How does that protector do with fingerprints? That's the only annoyance I really have with the unit is seeing all the fingerprints.

I actually bought that cover before the truck, there was a link in a Thread and I grabbed it and it seems to do a good job.

It's gonna get fingerprints just like the stock screen. It's just basically protecting the screen from scratches, stains, and the like.

Just wondering on install looks like you pull the radio knobs off? Hard to line it up?

No need to pull the knobs off. The fit is really good but install is difficult to do without some bubbles or an edge being off (the size of the screen protector in addition to the angle at which you have to apply it makes it tough). Mine is 95% right and I don't notice the issues.

Mine came with 2 protectors. I got it right the first time. The package also comes with a squeegee type tool to rub the bubbles out. I used my fingers mostly for that, and it worked just fine. The knobs do pull straight off. They're kinda stiff, but they'll come off. Realignment is straight forward, and just push back on straight.
