    I got the Magnum RT steps and there was a problem with the quality of the powder coating. They rusted in a couple of places after 2 weeks. I emailed pics and they said there was definitely a problem. They sent me an entire new set with hardware no questions asked!
    Talk about excellent customer service. I felt bad because they must have taken quite the loss on my transaction. These days when you get great service it really surprises you.

    That is pretty good as many people had this issue with crappy Nfab steps and were told to pretty much eat glass.

    That's great to hear...just in case...probably the steps im going to get for mine. Question i have is where do you all buy your's from (what site)? I have been looking at realtruck, autoanything and Amazon...
