I submitted this issue to the following: https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/

Very easy to file a complaint using e-mail.

If everyone with this issue would file the subject as a "safety" issue with the NHTSA, just maybe Toyota will listen.

Also have an open case with Toyota Corp; dealer initiated.
