Seems to be coming from passenger front. Happens over chattery surfaces. Sounds not like a clunk but more like something hitting the coils during travel, or the easy way to describe it is if youve ever seen or heard a car where the coils were heated and they sag in on themselves and one coil hits another cycling through travel.

Suspension is Fox 2.5 0-2" At 2" of lift
Icon UCA's (happened prior to UCA's as well)
Removed sway bar today to test if that was it, still seems here.
I have checked bolts in the past and all seemed fine.

Any thoughts beyond all the normal searchable ones.

I have not done either. Thing that kinda stumps me is it doesn't happen all the time with cycling suspension. I noticed it today again and pulled the sway bar off to test and its noticeable when pulling straight into driveway(which has an abrupt incline at the street) When pulling straight in right when the truck hits incline and begins to cycle suspension theres a faint thump thump. No feedback anywhere. Truck drives fine, no pulling / wandering

This has defiantly existed post lift and pre / post UCA's. I dont recall this with the stock suspension.

Could this be the culprit? Both sides do it.

Is it making contact with the UCA?

Naah nothing is hitting. Cold are free of any marks. All bolts tight. Just that upper mount movement.

My guess is that free play is the noise.

Ignore the squeaks. No idea why that's suddenly happening but you can hear that I think is the noise.
