Quick Update: Running strong, only problem I've had is repeated periodic P0430 and a couple P0420 error codes for the cats. Received the codes more frequently immediately following the repair, but they have become more and more intermittent and haven't seen either code for 2-3 weeks.

Negligible gas milage improvement, but I'm happy to have no fluid leaks and an apparently successful HG repair.
