i just bought a 99 Tacoma and I need help ID'ing the wheels.

They don't have any identifying marks and the tags on the inside are completely worn out. They look like knock off Dick Cepek DC2's, or they may be real Cepek's. Black wheels with machined accents, aluminum.

And how do I measure offset? I know I'm going to get flak for not searching the forum first.

I'm asking because I'm looking to trade these rims and 35" tires for a more inconspicuous wheel with 33's or maybe 31's.
