It was nice and peaceful and I was busy, but no where near as busy as you.

My Mom has been overweight her whole life and always worried about it, my family is from the Alps and are all short and stocky. At 92 she stopped worrying about it. Her cholesterol and BP are normal as are mine, I am on my feet all day and can hike 7 miles up a 3500 foot climb with 50 lbs on my back. To loose weight I would have to go back to bike riding and watch my intake. I have little desire to do so.

    Cheers

Long day and lots done, but just reading what you got done Chris tuckered me out to the point I need to go to bed now!

Hit the grocery store just as a lady was marking down the choco Easter bunnies to $1 each. There are a few less Easter bunnies in the world now. Wanted to try my hand at making chocolate dipped strawberries so melted them down. Haven't tried any yet might have a few for breakfast and take the rest into work tomorrow.

I'm almost 60 and up to 2.5+ cheaters. Think I spend half my time on the water trying to get that 2 lb. test through the eye of those damn sized 22 hooks anymore instead of fishing.

Mayo Clinic discovered cortisone in 1950 (I think) and got the Noble prize for it. A few years ago when I found out had degenerative arthritis in my left ankle they said not much could be done. I had to bring up and ask for cortisone treatment on my own :frusty: Don't get me wrong, I work there and proud of the work they do. But sometimes are very conservative in treatment.

Picked up a RITC a few months back when they were on sale, which they often are. With divider, baskets and delivered to door was about $125. Still a lot of money but a heck of a lot less than Yeti. It was right at the time they settled in the lawsuit against them by Yeti. Looked last night and they were out of stock on pretty much everything. Once they get a shipment in it goes pretty fast you have to be quick. Unless you want to pay retail on Amazon, which is still a lot cheaper than Yeti.

Ur 2 cents is well received. My problem is I have fixable issues. But VA would rather give a shot and send you down the road

I've had maybe 40 or so cortisone injections in my r/shoulder over a 5 yr period that the chemicals in the cortisone has eroded the shoulder joint substantially . my Ortho doctor said in going to need a shoulder replacement within the next 20 years
