The park system wasn't started by liberals, though they definitely try to control it.

Moving from out west I was very surprised at the lack of public land use, we used to spend weeks exploring, shooting, fishing, camping, wheeling etc. But out here is just graded roads.

I'm another expat from the West and won't be going back, I love the land, but not the people, for the most part.

 

None of which has anything to do with Liberalism/progressivism/socialism/marxism (all the same).

the businesses are capitalism based and the national parks have more to do with conservationism then anything else.

 

i lived in Colorado,when California invaded in the late 80's early 90's and ruined the place.

 

I'm trying really, really hard to educate these Willy licker's nowadays that there is a big difference between classical liberalism and this Marxist shit they're parading as liberal. I'm with you on that brother. Maybe I'm just a weirdo.

So we're in agreement then. Let the states decide drug, abortion, welfare, etc. What's the problem? I doubt anyone will care if we have a civilized discussion in a local thread about politics.
