She is in the desert, but that area has lots of wild California poppy right now.

 

My knee is hurtin good tonite I've got a frozen blue gel pad on it and alternating that with some icy hot and Advil 500mg x2

Must be from,the tug of of war the PT was simulating with my leg pulling and twisting it

 

I've driven by that Calif Poppy reserve quite a few times !!!

 

I hate LED bulbs ,they always want to hyperflash

Well the garage had that untill I put a incandescent bulb in line for a load.
I have not seen a hyper led on a trailer but it's always poss.
The one I put in last night works great.
It's funny I put it on 4 way and the difference made me laugh, Like a young kid and an old fart.
The new one was perky and quick to go to full brightness.
The other one was slow to illuminate and hard to get going as it seemed it was saying HOW MANY TIMES YOU WANT ME TO DO THIS? ROFLMAO .
I do like led's.

Drinking coffee and trying to stretch hamstrings.
Reminds me of seeing chuck Norris ads in back of magazines in the 70's of a contraption to stretch for kicks.

I had one of those. It did work. I got a little more height in my kicks but the best part it was easier to get to that height and easier movement in general.

Was up so decided to finish the trailer lights. All secure and ready to go.
So eating and drinking coffee.

Cold this morning. Like 30 degrees colder than yesterday.
Cranked up the salamander for 10 min to take the chill off in the garage.
At least no snow or rain today.

Surprised somebody remembered.
I was sore yesterday from stretching Sunday for long drive.
Stretched last night and this am. Not so sore. I don't need to watch my weight cuz I burn it daily. My thing is stretching. Years as a plumber in cramped spaces and weird positions have payed it's toll on me.

Same here. I just can't sit on a inner fender and pull cast iron heads down by my toes anymore.
Can't kneel on bumpers as it sends pain through my knees and hips after a short time.
It is what it is.
