"Mechanic Search" Vancouver BC

Just wondering if any of you out there who live in Van might know of a mechanic who knows a lot about our trucks(2ndGen) and is fair and reliable. I'm over the dealerships. I need a diagnosis on my shifter so I can just get the sloppy 'ol thing fixed and or switched to short throw shifter. Thanks.

 

I have a bunch of free info on shifters and the shifter bushings within this thread .
If your good with a phillips screwdriver and have some patience , you could probably do the job on your own with the assistance of some of the guyz at T.W.

I know this is an old thread, but Ive had it with the cost of servicing at Vancouver dealerships. Does anyone know of a good Toyota mechanic in Vancouver? Thanks!
