    Super Springs
That is hard to say .

    What size tires ??

I use 235/75/15 tires my Suspension has close to 100,000 miles on these springs they work just fine as far as I can tell

I would venture my measurement is within a inch of yours and I have 300 or 400 hundred pounds of stuff behind the seat

If you feel it is time for new springs then go for it
