Ya, I dont eat enough nor the right food. I am actually trying to lose weight, I have never been this heavy and it is taking a toll on me when I run. I took yesterday and today off because my legs are shot.

The backwards run is the hardest IMO out of all those. It made me so damn sore when we did it.

Today we did 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 of squats and they wanted us to get a PR on the final set. I PR'd with 300 on backsquat. Then we did a little AMRAP

    7 mins of:
5 sit ups (chest to knees or close as possible)
    7 pushups
    9 air squats

    Got 13 rounds

Glad to see some fellow crossfit enthusiasts on here. I hate running in the cold cuz for some odd reason I hate the feeling of my lungs on fire, but I havta start running again very soon. A good mil buddy of mine introduced me to crossfit and their wealth of health information. I got the the "Enter The Zone" book by Dr. Barry Sears that the 'Zone Diet' is based on. It's an eye opener and very informative. So many truths were confirmed and puzzling pieces of health anecdotes combined in one big picture that I just had to laugh to myself at some of the simplicity inherent in our organic systems. You can follow the excerpts and Zone Diet recipes easily enough without this book and be doing yourself a world of good. But if you have an extra penny laying around, you can get it for four dollars shipping at Amazon right now, I highly recommend it.

There's Healthy, there's Fit and then there's Crossfit.

This Sore Muscle and Almond/Salsa overload Toast is for all you crossfit nuts out there! Cheers. :)

PR'ed on DL this week with 455#! The road to 500 is becoming shorter. yesterdays WOD sucked...atleast the double unders. Fucked up my time. It's like I forgot how to do them.
10 155# Cluster (clean into thruster)
20 situps w/25# held overhead all reps
    30 Double unders

25:08 FML! All double Unders were one at a fucking time. Needless to say I was punching shit and screaming my head off after outside like a crazy man. Even took off in a sprint right after because I didn't know where to go lol. Just ran back and forth
