I like the sound of the exhaust when it rumbles on a cold start right before it goes quiet after about 15 seconds (warmed up). Is there an exhaust/ muffler that can replicate that level of rumble even after the engines warmed up without droning?

Just keep ice packs on the engine. That way it's always running as if it were cold starting.

    Problem.solved.

look around at exhaust or muffler systems, magna flow, flow master, etc.
I have a 18" magna flow muffler installed and its fairly quiet but noticeable at idle but screams above 1500 rpm's

Magnaflow cat back..and add a TRD filter.... probably a TRD air filter will work while waiting for the Magnaflow.

Keep in mind, it rumbles like that because the CATs are cold and flow the MOST amount of exhaust and noise. They start to heat up instantly and as the catalyst expands it will quiet the exhaust as well as the computer will go into Closed loop and re-tune the fuel curves to run leaner and the timing will advance once it heats up and the more advanced timing will also quiet the aggressiveness of the exhaust. A louder muffler will help but will not replicate the sound you get on a cold start. Good luck Op!

Incorrect! According to our resident scientist, ChrisK, the ice packs should go on the CATs.
