Stopping at the liquor store on my way to Jambo...

 

So...anyone have an icon spanner wrench? TRB wants around $200ish to adjust it up some. That comes with alignment, but I'd rather just do it if it's just with the use of a spanner and have it aligned at a place of my choice with a lifetime alignment.

What's up, folks. Frank (@Silverspool) suggested I pop in here and say hello. Got to meet him today to pick up a subwoofer. I don't yet have the rig to play along (unless we're hitting the pavement and my max MPG tires pay off ), but I'd love to hitch a ride at some point. Only a month in, but digging the community thus far.

You know, I've never been a "truck guy", but I needed the functionality that comes with one. Always said that if I got a truck, it'd be a Tacoma. Now I look at how much fun folks seem to be having creeping through the woods and over trails and I think I've been missing out on something.

I have the rest of 2017 to finish my MBA, then I'll get some free time back. What I don't have in wheeling equipment, I can make up in BBQ.

If you guys make a day of it and want to cook on the way or when you get to your spot, I have a sweet beer keg smoker that my BBQ team made. You guys are welcome to borrow it sometime, too!

 

Would you be able to get it to one of the many DFW types that are headed to Jambo? It would be returned in the same condition and with beer.

Yes you are missing out! If you like the outdoors then yes you need to get a lift, tires, rack, rtt, sliders, skids, etc! haha

yes where is this located? I mean im sure we will have plenty of things to cook on but a smoker would be awesome. But does that mean that @hoarder23 is going to smoke us a brisket??
