Work at a Toyota dealership had an amazing opportunity come up to buy a 05 V6 4x4 extended cab Tacoma.

Truck was a service truck then a farm truck, 156k miles gutted cats etc.

After some extensive clean up was involved in a 4 car accident, lady texting ran into a stopped car about 45 mph with me getting the last of the damage.

Looks to be around 4500 in damage according to the body shop, will need some advice on aftermarket bumpers for the truck.

Still a really nice looking truck. They should ticket the crap out of her. Also Iowa just passed a tough bill on this texting and driving issue. I'll find an article.

Wow...you might come out ahead on that deal. Your's only got fender bendered...luckily you weren't the other person.

I predict that the Iowa law will be in every state eventually. Texting and/or talking while driving has to be the most arrogant and stupid thing anyone can do. No regard for others...then again there are more and more people like this nowadays.
