    Morning everyone

It's looking to be a nice day here today , right now its 72 degrees clear blue skies and a high of 95 deg today . Also the Santa Ana's are blowing which makes for a fun drive in the wind prone valleys and canyons

Chris hope you're feeling better today and the pain is subsiding some . Did the Surgical center give you a cold therapy machine to keep the swelling down , Those machines help a lot

If you've got cabin fever setting in why not go outside and walk around instead of staying couped up inside

    Hey, all!

Just have to brag a little.

Went to the Tom Petty and the Heartbreaker's concert with my daughter last night. Joe Walsh opened for them. We had a great time but I paid for it this AM. So sore from sitting in those stadium seats!! Arthritis sucks!

Good idea I'd probably get run over by a trash truck. At least I wouldn't b bored. I think its the no sleep thing that's getting me and getting fussed at for shit I can't control or to be fair just don't feel I can. I understand everyone has my best interest at heart but IDK how to handle this

Don't stress about work or even think about it @ this point. Everything has a way of working out, have faith.

    Chris

You won't believe how good fresh air will feel once you go outside plus its a good stress reliever . when I had my last shoulder surgery 10 years ago the following day after the surgery I went the local dirt track to watch the races and totally enjoyed it

When I had my knee replaced and while in the hospital I walked everywhere with my walker as I couldn't just sit in bed

Also as for pain control try and stay ahead of the pain , what I mean is keep yourself medicated . if your meds are every 4 hrs stay on that schedule . trying to play tough guy and saying I don't need meds will only make things worse . Pain can mess with you in many ways

I know you don't and I sure as hell don't know what to tell you Chris to help. But hope you do find something to occupy your mind it will help with the pain and boredom. I like Chucks idea of getting outside and going for a walk but being all jacked up and hurting yeah be careful of those trash trucks. And everything else. Be careful and don't push it. Hope you get some sleep too.

Damn just shoot me if that was here! So for smoking meat you just sit a black drum out and no fire needed right? :D It is only April for goodness sakes. Stay cool and be safe out there. Just about perfect here was frost on the truck this morning. Think I'll do a brisket this weekend.
