Headrest Compatibility - Measurements Please

Hi,
I need to replace the head rests in a my 1st gen Tacoma (95 with 99? bucket swap). These seem a bit tricky to come by. I am hoping that people can pop out a head rest and take a measurement for me. It just seems more direct than having to figure out the Toyota lore. The hope is that this will actually serve as useful archive thread to other people in the future.

I am looking for a center to center measurement of the prongs, which can be taken from the outer edge of the first prong to the inner edge of the second prong, and the diameter. Also the year make and model of the vehicle. Redundancy in measurements is welcome.

So anyone with a Toyota or any other car with removable head rests is welcome to post. I'll try to curate the data if you will help out with the info.
