Cephala-knobs on. Simple pleasures but damn this has eased my OCD bout the oem knobs. Kept turning the music off right when I wanted to bump the jams for the hottie in the drop top next to me at the light. Lol..

...Not really, I just bump jams for my hottie wife and kids now haha.

@Michael Sorenson, it's not an issue of hitting the button too hard, it was an issue with the wide fat knob being too close to the touch screen. This solves that problem by sticking out further and having a smaller diameter.

    Great product @wileydavis !!

Got my Hondo Garage radio knobs installed and have to say these are a huge improvement over the stock ones, not sure whose baby hands those would actually be designed for but even my 8 year old kid couldn't use them without hitting something else on the screen.

Install was super easy, just pull the stock knobs off (pull straight with some force and they pop right out), slide on bitchen new Hondo knobs, tighten setscrew with hex wrench which is provided (bonus points to Hondo Garage for including the one tool you need to install these) and you're done.

I've seen others using the cheap rubber sleeve over the factory knob which might work for a while, but rubber will eventually wear out, deteriorate, get dirty from your hands ect. If your spending $35k on the truck buy it good quality parts, you'll thank yourself later. These Hondo knobs are machined aluminum and built to last for the life of the truck, for the price they really can't be beat. These are probably my favorite addition since they get used every day.

I ordered, received and installed your knobs. They are fine. But please, get some social skills. Not cool to step in to another product thread. I suggest you delete your posts.

You know you got a good thing going when others try to budge in with sub-par products!

THIS IS WHY I PAID $25 FOR AWESOME RADIO KNOBS -----> Machined. Etched, tumbled/deburred, then anodized, and finally assembled and packaged.

There is no way in hell I'm going to pay $6 - $8 for a knob cover that will wear out and probably was ordered from China for 1,000 rings for $8

Good for you. I had no idea they would be so small. I guess they are ok if you have little girly fingers but I expected them to at least be bigger than the stock ones. I put my stock ones back on and going to Lowes to find some tight O-rings or something.

So you had some Hondo knobs, but didn't like them, so you put the stock knobs back on? Just curious because you mentioned "girly fingers". I have pretty big hands and fingers and the Hondo knobs are much easier to use than the shallow stock knobs with o-rings on them.
Do you still have the knobs?

They are bigger than the stock knobs, but just in depth. I actually made them slightly smaller in diameter on purpose because the bigger versions (we made three sizes to test) didn't provide as much adjustment for the same amount of "roll" between the fingers. That said, if they aren't to your taste, you can send them back and we'll give you a refund.

When ordering "No Engraving" will the knobs be completely blank, or will they still say tune and volume?

Why do so many dumbasses feel the need to post in this thread with some junk DIY solution or half cocked 3D printed garbage.

Start your own thread, so it can be ignored for the trash it is.

This thread is for the Hondo knobs, which are fantastic and 100% worth the $ for the quality you get.
