Is anyone looking for a laser range finder? I'm selling my 3 year old Bushnell Tour V3. I upgraded to the V4 Shift. It works perfectly, come with a case and its the patriot edition so it comes with the silicon sleeve. Shoot me a price, if interested and we'll talk.

I just started about 6 months ago, and am completely obsessed now lol

Ca't play football no more, can't play drums in a drum corps anymore, so Golf it is. Nothing better than having some drinks with your friends and playing 18!

Finally played last weekend for the first time in almost 5 months. Hit range 3 times in that 5 months....getting ready for a kid in June is really cutting into my golf time dammit! But, I did at least stay in my average zone and shot 76. Hopefully I can get back to scratch golf this year even with the new addition cutting my time, HAHA!

Played the first time this year last week. Wind was howling and shot +3 on 17 & 18. Finished with an 81. Was pretty happy with that with the conditions and sucky finish.

Man I did not see a golf thread, almost started one myself.

I have been playing pretty much my entire life. The better part of that as a low single digit guy. Hit and maintained scratch index a few times until my hips went to shit and both got replaced 6 years ago at age 35. Post replacements I have shot even par a handful of times, and broke par once. Post replacements I dropped down to a 1.2 index at best. Went to the mecca of golf last year for my 40th and fell in love with real golf aka links golf. So much so it pretty much ruined AZ desert style target golf for me which kinda sucks cause I live in AZ. I have not played more than 12-15 rounds since returning, still keep it near 80 sometimes below sometimes 81-83 but just do not grind after it anymore. Kinda hit me that I had accomplished as much as I realistically would accomplish in golf already so might as well just enjoy it and not really care about results anymore. Only thing that eludes me is a hole in one.

Here's a few from Scotland. If you really love golf do whatever you can to make the journey to Scotland to play. The courses, the people, everything about it is just awesome.

Gullane, site of the Scottish Open this year. Par 5. 3 iron from 230 to 8 feet missed the eagle
    [IMG]

Kingsbarns. A modern links one of the rotations of the Dunhill
    [IMG]

Carnoustie. One of only two courses I did not break 80 at Shot 83 with a double bogey double bogey finish

The New Course at St Andrews 75 in the morning round. This bunker shot ended up inside a foot
    [IMG]

Followed by the Old Course at St Andrews bogey bogey finish here to shoot 78. Had a really steady round going and just missed two crucial 5 footers on the last two
