    Very true on this...

Going to look at it more tomorrow and see if there is a way to use the bolt that secures the seat belt buckles and then will need to figure out something else on the other corner. It should work in theory.

Something that can be removed easily but not change a lot to the truck. If I had a welder still this would be a lot easier as I could use the weld nuts to secure the back corners instead of trying to use existing bolt holes.

I have slotted & dimpled ebc rotors w green stuff pads that perform well. @Large said his current setup (stoptech maybe?) has lasted a long damn time, but previous ebc pads did not.

Edit: Just saw red commented on it in the GT thread

Has anyone done the ECGS bushing replacement for the needle bearing? I'm looking to do mine and I wanted to get some insight and also see if anyone has the tool to pull it.

@SuperBad have you done yours? If not would you be interested in doing both of ours at the same time?

I think @danbow did his. Maybe he still has the tool. I'll probably do mine one day in the not to distant future.

Anyone wants to meet at Northshore today at 1pm? I'll be there along with one of @ETXTacoma's
I would be down with all tackling this together. For some reason I thought you had yours done already.

Not yet, I get the vibration somewhere between 37-43 mph. I just haven't put it on the priority list. If others are doing it and the tool is available I'll certainly knock it out at the same time.

I don't mind paying for the tool. I can place an order and just get all the bushings for everyone that wants to do it at the same time.

I just replied to a classified ad for the tool. I'll let you know when I've got it.

BTW, are you planning on heading with us to Bridgeport next Sunday?

Thats the plan right now. I'll be taking it easy because i wont have my sliders on yet. They got delayed. I suspect they'll ship out this week but no way I'll have them on by then. I figure I'll take it easy and may ride with someone else.

If you buy the puller I'll buy the bushings. I can order ours and perhaps @SuperBad's.

I might be interested in doing it but I'm not sure I "need" to do it. I wont have time to get it done until closer to the end of next month or later.

I just sent payment to the guy for the puller as well as the seal driver kit. If you get the bushings and seals ordered, just let me know what I owe you when we get around to doing this.

Did the dealer just replace with another bearing or the ECGS bushing?

I'm not sure. I believe another factory bushing.

From the factory, they have a needle bearing. We're looking to remove the bearing and replace with a bushing. Mine's out of Toyota warranty, so I'm going to tackle the vibration issue myself.

Mine is also out of the warranty, now. Maybe I should get in on this with y'all.

Do you have a similar vibration issue? Like I said mine is right around 40mph. I feel a weird vibration in the gas pedal and floor. It's a cyclic pattern so it's definitely caused by something rotating. I've changed wheels and tires separately in the last few months and it's still there.

I borrowed the removal tool from @Fox2011PM, not sure, but he may still have one.

@Geremy My install went fine, if you have changed a CV axle before it is pretty easy. The only thing I may have done differently is putting the bushing in the freezer overnight to make it easy to get into the diff. I have a cheap bearing/race driver kit, used the 39.5mm and it worked fine. An extra set of hands would have been helpful, I did it alone. I could sent you the install kit, but shipping it would cost more than the kit did. I'll be at Bridgeport on 4/29 if anyone will be there that day from DFW I could get it to you.
