Hey all, looking for some insight. I have an 05 Taco TRD Sport and I recently encountered some steering issues. For a while it seemed as though the steering would be free and then tighten up almost like you could not turn the wheel, then loosen up again. Did some research and completed the following:

    Intermediate shaft replaced on 4/20
    4 new tires on 4/20
    New brake calipers front
    alignment
    steering fluid replaced

Steering is better, but still feels as though while driving there is something pushing the steering wheel, like there is a fluid shift and seems difficult to drive without weaving. Toyota dealer says everything is fine, but I am not convinced. Please Help.

sounds like more of a front end issue if the truck is pulling, maybe take to a alignment shop for a test drive so they can trouble shoot it for you

Sounds like a problem in your steering rack. If I'm right, this isn't the type of problem you can sit on for 2 months and see if it fixes itself.
