I'll write it down in the Mobtown idea book.

Oh, and those thick nylon-ish spacers are for the back of the IFS/front trans. They fill the recess.

Damn, I was wondering about that. Glad I haven't tightened everything.

So guys. I'm up under the truck and well the transfer case crossmember doesn't fit super tight I'm guessing. On the passengers side there's three holes with stickers covering them. Which hole did you guys use?

Hold on, let me get this straight.

I can't install a fuel tank skid plate in my TRD sport without the OR straps?

I know what I'm gonna do on the sport I looked the straps over and they still have the metal band in the center. I'm jusy going to drill a hole washer both sides and lock nuts up top.

It was that or remove straps get a buddy to hold plate against tank and see if I could get the bolt to go back in. Thing is then the straps are exposed if by chance you do slide on a rock.

I'm sure it has happened but I've not heard a single story of a punctured gas tank, at least here on TW

I'm installing the RCI front skid on Friday and I noticed that the instructions say to fasten bolts to OEM torque setting. I don't have a factory service Manual. Can anyone remember what it is or tell me how I can find it?

It's tight. Idk for real. I tightened as tight as I could without the fear of stripping. Lol

For anyone finding this later, I signed up for 2 days of TIS and in the "Engine / Hybrid System" > "2GR-FKS Lubrication" > "Oil and Oil Filter" section under "Components" the diagrams show that the stock skids (2 for TRD Off Road) have 4 bolts each that are torqued to 30 Nm or 22 ft. lbs.
