I have plastic and steel zip ties. Gotta throw some steel zippies in your recovery gear. But yes, bailing wire is ideal. Good call

Did you see his plate? I don't think it's going to quite line up with any holes that may be there

We figured something was up and you weren't going to show up, the donut shop was closed so we didn't wait too long and figured you would catch us airing down if you did show up at the trailhead

My pal just showed me that same thing. Removal of plate before wheeling. His Velcro is super industrial. I'm gonna do the same.

The cop took my license and saw "veteran" on it. I'm sure it only helped. California started doing that last year on veterans day. Its an extra 5 bucks to add on but now I dont have to carry a copy of my dd214 around for vet discounts.

Got in the off road expo plus 1 in Pomona for like 10 bucks for the 2 of us. I also get 10%off at Oreileys and Lowe's. And I'm a bastards about asking where ever I go if they have veteran discounts wherever I go. A buck is a buck ya know

I wouldn't call you a bastard haha but I just wish America gave the returning Vietnam vets the same respect and help we get nowadays. Home Depot offers the 10% Also OSH aka Orchards Supply Hardware gives 10% discounts for military and vets

There's definitely a difference between a slight bend and a complete mashing of the plate like gregs case. That things not going back to its issued state of being

He was asking about the pre drilled holes. I'm not saying it can't be hammered back mostly flat, but it's not likely it'll line up great with pre filled holes. I never said it couldn't be attached. Don't get your panties in such a bunch.

Again. Pre drilled holes. I was addressing the immediate question and his current plate situation. Yes there are thousands of way to reattach. That wasn't the question asked though.
