I'll be pulling my magnaflow catback off soon, before we had to Moab. it's fun in the city and letting people know when you're on it, but it drones too much for long trips and let's just say 24 hours of driving to Utah is a long trip. going back stock.

Prolly the folks that don't like Magaflows have automatic trannys.... just sayin.. I can stay off the little pedal if I don't want to hear exhaust. There's definitely an improvement with pedal response. Although going 85-90...

    I don't always go 85-90.... wait yes I do!

NSX, GTR and Supra (i6 I know) all have great aftermarket exhausts for being a 6cyl.

Yea, there's definitely something to be said about manual vs automatic transmissions and exhaust noise. I've gotten used to the shift points in my automatic, but it sure is annoying sometimes. Much more control with a manual. Less embarrassing in traffic too. I'm glad that everyone around me knows that my transmission has gear-commitment issues, especially on any sort of incline
