OEMassive headlights for 2016+ tacos

Hey what do you guys think of these headlights? They look pretty sweet all black out. It doesn't come with bulbs. You can use the factory ones, but really who would do that. I was thinking of doing a kustom54 lighting mod, but they seems too pricey.

 

Would love to see the pricing on these, and see how well they work with the LED bulbs I have.

 

They look sweet, plus they have high/low projector, just wish you could throw hid kit in both

 

I think you can. In the comments he mentioned that you can put an HID/LED kit.

Looks like they're a 626 based business.. If and when they get it off the ground, I'll be able to pick up locally. I can be a guinea pig assuming the costs are within reason.

 

You are comparing apples to oranges.

Cheap China light bucket VS OEM
Poor lighting VS bright output/crisp cutoff

You get what you pay for. If looks rival performance.. these lights are for you

 

Do they not have it for the 2016 on their webpage? Just goes up to 2015

I agree! My wallet is getting a little light and thought they looked pretty sweet with the projectors and DRL. By any chance do you know anyone doing after market headlights for 2016+ Tacos?

 

Some retrofit members on here that can probably do them for you. As for Aftermarket, nothing available yet.

 

So modest. Crazy how people can go through life and have a conversation with someone and never really know who they are.

Mesojdm is one of the best retrofitters btw. Thing is I don't think he's up for doing it for people he just really likes helping the community telling all of his secrets.

 

Any Update on these lights?

 

The key questions is: are they sealed with permaseal or butyl?

Like any headlight, they can be retrofitted with a proper HID setup - but, how well they fit compared to OEM and if they can be sealed back up properly are what will make a huge difference.

 

I have been in contact with the company via email. Last week they wanted me to bring the truck in for a test fitting. Problem is we are in opposite ends of California... so I had to pass. But that tells me they are getting close to production.

 

What do you guys think the price will be, I want to do something different with the headlights, just not sure what.
