Mounting crossovers for component speakers (front doors)

    What's the best way to mount crossovers for component speakers in the front doors? I'd kind of like to hide them, but would be afraid of moisture if I mounted them inside the doors.

    IMO, I wouldn't mount the crossovers in the doors. Too much impact and weather abuse. Run two pairs of wires from where you mount the crossovers(under your seat?) to your components.

    Under the seat is a good spot. You can also tuck them under the dash.

    I would never install them in the doors.

    Mine are under my seats, makes it easy to adjust &/or troubleshoot when needed.
