How do you tell if a transmission mount is bad? I can move mine up about a quarter inch. I've had a driveline vibration since I bought the truck in November 2016. Also I can feel my shifter move a lot under acceleration. Should there be a rubber bushing between the center (pin) of the mount? If so mine is missing.

Anyone have a picture of their transmission mount to compare it?

Trans mount.jpg Should it move that much? This replacement from Napa looks like it has a rubber bushing in the middle.
