Speaking of runners, ever since I put the idea int wife's head she's been wanting to test drive and is going too soon. Once the Tacoma is paid off we may end up picking one up. For once I was able to plant an idea in her head and not have it back fire!

That's fine. More to go to my truck. I want a 4Runner though. If It were mine I'd probably only do a 3" lift with fox or kings, 33's and then light armor like skids and sliders. Roof rack and then lighting and that would be it......ha! Who am I kidding, I'd do whatever I can lol

I mean, it will technically be my money paying for that as well so it's like I'll have the 2 vehicles I want. I'll just be letting her borrow one of them.

Again tonight I ended up behind someone on an onramp trying to enter the highway at almost 40mph. :annoyed: Makes me want to test the strength of my Avid bumper.

My old 85 was geared at 5.29 and lemme tell ya, that thing wasn't getting anywhere in a hurry but damn sure could crawl anything..

And on that note, truck goes in tomorrow after work for the re gear. Just in time for several upcoming camping/biking road trips.

Hell yeah! Man I wish you still had your 85.

On the sweet side, I'm pulling 16+ mpg's all day long

You doing 4.56 or 4.88? Let's get some camping and wheeling on the calendar

Sometimes I wish I still had it too! That thing was so much fun.

4.88 is my only option but actually should be about perfect with my tires. Will know soon enough.

And definitely! Thus far I'm only home one weekend next month, but that can easily change.

Ah fair enough. Re-gear is always a huge upgrade over stock once you get the bigger tars on

Same boat. As of now I only have one weekend I'm free in May, but let's figure something out. Itching to do some camping and fishing
