If the odo haven't been recalibrated from stock size to 285, taking the difference from 285 to 255 gives a wrong result... just saying in case our truck are born with 245's dunflops lol

Keep a log and the receipts. Just as good imo. Plus you know the work was actually done re: the guy who paid for u joint lube at the dealer, then checked and they didn't do 2 of them cuz they are hard to reach. I'd rather have records from someone doing own work cuz you know they probably did lots of other no cost maintenance as well that the dealer wouldn't.

3rd Taco, plus 2 Toyota pu's before, never put less than 225 on them, and 275 on one. 130 on current 2011, plan to keep till it dies, by which time I'll be able to engine swap a flux capacitor, because it will be

Installed the Coverking spacer mesh front seat covers my gf got me for my birthday. Waited to order rears to see if I like the material and fit first, and I do.
Really wanted WO or neosupreme covers but the neoprene wouldn't work well with our 100*+ summer days we have out here.

I looked at my odometer before I parked it and it's showing 6902 miles after 18 months of ownership. Looks like I'll be good for a couple more years, maybe more.

Finally got around to installing this 1980's Thule rack I picked up off craigslist for 30 bones. Was originally for an 88 civic. Had to do quite a bit of modification to make it fit properly, but overall I'm very pleased. Will be installing ARB 2500 awning tomorrow, which I'm sure will involve an equal amount of rigging. While I'm on the subject, does anyone have any experience with the ideal height to mount the awning so that the drop down room sits properly. I do not own the drop down room yet, but am considering it, and don't want to have to do this job twice. Thanks!

Be careful with that. Other members have done that for that exact reason and have wrecked the rear of their legs getting out of the truck.

Just did this install. Highly recommend this mount from Slee Offroad. Here's a photo of the installed compressor:

I got a switch from Air on Board for the center console area, under the AC controls (I have a pro so there are no empty slots next to the steering wheel).

helped wire the switch correctly. I ran the wires to the switch on the passenger side, there's a soft drainage tube that runs through the firewall (for the AC, I think) that you can put wires next to.
