Well good deal! In a few days/weeks, report back with the gory details. I'll be buying pads in about a month or so. Was thinking green.

I've had freaking excellent luck with OEM brake pads.

    Just a thought.

I'm still impressed with my green pads. But I may have to go to the yellow because race truck haha! I'm actually getting more green when mine go bad.

Just don't feel a good stopping power since went with the bigger tires. Had the green 6k going to sell them for 30buck got about 3k on them. The cold stop is funny feeling but once hot they are alright.

Just FYI, EBC does not make a Ceramic Red Stuff pad for the Tacoma, I had the same problem when I purchased my kit from CarID. All they make are 3000 series Green Stuffs, 7000 Series Green Stuffs, and i think its 8000 or 9000 Series Yellow Stuffs, I stuck with the 7000 Green stuffs they sent but I will for sure be going with the 8 or 9k Yellow stuffs. Just be aware if you don't like brake dust, stay away from the yellow stuffs, stick with green.

Actually, they do now. Not sure what the pad part number is but the kit comes with green ceramic 7K pads. The pic all seem to have red pads in them, but they are in fact green.

It might be easier if I put it all in bold. I know you're old and it's late :poking::D

Yey pretty sure reds are ceramic only, greens are kevlar based if I'm not mistaken. I know my stuff, pun intended :D Edit: I'm an EBC fanatic, I love ceramic and totally wish they made a pad for the Taco, BTW 7000 vs 3000 greens, 7000 greens had a little more compound and they are a little harder, that's why they last longer. But the 8k or 9k yellow are the closest thing you'll get to a red stuff ceramic. you just get a lot more dust which im fine with.
