Quick update...as of today, still no lights. Tried e-mail but no response, been about a week now. Ordered on 3/4/17 and sent payment via PayPal. Got a confirmation after order but have not yet heard anything after that. Will try again on the e-mail route.

Damn good luck. Make sure you here something before the PP dispute timeline goes by. I hate it when someone takes your money then goes silent.

Lol that's nothing. A sponsor on here had my money for 6 months, then when I had an issue right out of the box it took another 6 months. One solid year and $1700+ later, I have a nice retrofit setup.

So we do retrofits on 2016's but that pricing we won't touch, we also don't "cut" the headlights open which is faster way. It literally takes us 3 hours just to open these lights and clean the channels (cleaning takes the longest time). To the member concerned about timing maybe they have a build time? I know we are 3-4 weeks generally from time placing the order to when you receive the product. Long wait but we make sure everyone is happy at the end.

Quick update guys, just got word from PayPal they said that the issue has been resolved. They gave me a full refund for payment that I had made for lights that I never got. Man that was a long one!!!

Never again, learned my lesson and gonna do more research about the companies that I deal with. If I had known about the 2nd gen problems that one member here had, would have never pulled the trigger. Never heard from them ever since I signed up on their website not very good business practices.

    Thanks for your support!!!

How does it take you just 3 hours? That's some practice and skill right there. I think it took me about 9 to clean the channels on both lights

Funny thing is other companies ask me how it takes me so long lol

As many perma seals as I have done it's just something I got down as a skill. My first bad perma took around 5-6 hours and it was a nightmare considering the job internally took one hour

Oh forgot to mention my wife actually helped me figure out the trick to tacomas when she watched me struggle on the first set lol. I won't tell her secrets though :)
