If you take your pain meds before going to bed then yes you'll be able to sleep !!!!!

I had two rotator cuff/slap repair surgeries within a year of ea other that were full labrum tears and having to wear that immobilizer sling . never had problems sleeping , I kept my self medicated as per doctors instructions

This is the surgery I had twice and both times full thickness tears

i have almost no labrum left in either shoulder there's basically just very thin pieces allowing alot of bone on bone and filled with arthritis. it is the big tendon that goes across my shoulder and attaches to my arm that has torn. last year it was a complete tear this time apparently it was multiple tears that tore appart what was done last year.

I've got (9) suture anchors holding my labrum together and about 4 years ago found out I've got a partial thickness tear on that same shoulder !!

I'll wait and get a shoulder replacement !!

no real good place here to walk. It's finally sunny outside and warming some so I do plan to get outside and perhaps powerwash the truck. That should be pretty easy to do with one hand and I need to get all the oak pollen off of it. A little sunshine may do me some good and inspire me to get the task Cypher has put before me done

How can you start your power washer? With 1 arm and not move the freshly repaired muscles on the other side...
