I was 4 wheeling in Moab and the plastic part of my bumper got torn in half so I zip tied it back on.

Where on earth do you buy your zip ties? Mine are black or clear.

When I did my BPFabricating grill project, the suggested mounting options for the mesh wouldn't hold for shit. So I improvised with zip ties...
You would never notice though, so who cares.
I had a similar ordeal with the bumper on my s10 years back after I rear ended somebody and fixed it with zipties, went another 5 years with no problems. Nearly forgot about it actually.
    Zipties FTW

I carry a few of those giant zips like hvac installers use. They're about 2' long, 1/2" wide, maybe 3/16" thick. Wally-World has a pkg. of 3 for $4.

My roommate does merchandising for Marlboro. He gets rid of a lot of big zip ties and man they're useful - had one end of my driveshaft hanging by one while I took it off the other day. They're reusable too, at least if you're not trying to hold something super important - just put a screw driver tip in there and slide it out, (almost) good as new.

Used one to keep my remote reservoir line from rubbing the a-arm and coil as well here:

And some regular ones to hold brake lines to the bracket (cheap ones w/ no place for the clips):
