This is my first and if the frame fails and doesn't last as long as my previous truck, it will be my last. Kind of wished I wasn't so OCD about keeping my frame clean, because I would have a new one by now and not wondering if I will have a perforation soon.

The Taco is the first Toyota ever in my family. Should've gotten a Toyota sooner as I had zero defects with the truck after six years and 50,000 miles (except a chirping blower that I replaced with an upgraded part).

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
Over the years ... have probably owned 10-12 Toyota trucks from 1980's to 2016.

Owned several Toyota cars (IIRC: several cars and a T4R) never really counted them.

All were very dependable. Had best luck with Toyotas and Hondas over any other brand.

FWIW, my present 2016 Gen.3 Tacoma (@ 7,800 miles) has been one of the most trouble free vehicles so far. :fingerscrossed: :)

My first was a 1999 Avalon, the best car we've ever had! Then I got a 2004 Tundra, which I just traded for my 2017 Tacoma! My daughter has our 2009 Camry, which has never had a problem. My daily driver is a 1998 RAV4! (That is for sale) The RAV4 runs and drives like new!

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
