    Details/Process:
    2010 TRD Sport A/C 4.0L Auto @ 61,000mi. 7 Yrs Old, Bought New
Replaced both front Bearing/Hub Assemblies & Inner Seals with BamaToys1997's Assemblies
Replaced both stock front brake rotors with EBC USR Series UltiMax Slotted Rotors #USR7237, bought here
Replaced both side's stock front brake pads with EBC Yellowstuff Truck And SUV Brake Pads #DP41657R, bought here
Original Calipers in fair condition and functional.
Replaced Original (I believe) Dot 3 Brake Fluid.
Siphoned Brake Fluid Reservoir and refilled from fresh Quart
Bled all lines, starting at the farthest until last of Dot 3 Quart had been added to Reservior
Washed down with Brake Cleaner when done
The only change is one extra spring clip on each caliper to stop the floating brake pad clunk after reverse direction stops, as recommended here.

    Results:
Applying light braking while slowly backing out of garage, caused screeching sound.
Applying light braking while slowly manuvering forward in parking area caused wicked low frequency grinding
Took a short drive down the street and back with the same results when light braking.
Grinds only when applying brakes and stops immediately when pedal pressure released.
Appears to have left some minor scoring on the rotors, though not evenly.
To be honest, I was so discouraged after days of work, I parked it and walked away.
The whole project was laborious, but went smoothly until I moved the truck

The Yellowstuff pads are: "Treated with EBC's unique Break-In surface coating for rapid bedding and strong braking power fresh from the box"
It's like 50 grit sandpaper and I suspect this is the cause of the grinding noise, but have not seen this mentioned anywhere

EBC UltiMax Slotted Rotors are: "Coated with a black zinc finish" that should be worn off by pads before bedding brakes pad to rotors.
The above may be outdated, see info from EBC site, below

Thinking I may need to drive without braking, or feathering the brakes, until black zinc is worn off rotors, then just start the bedding process

Don't think I missed anything, Lord knows I did enough freaking reading up on it.

    Copied from EBC Site:
"EBC recommend the use of a premium pad such as Redstuff brake pads or Yellowstuff brake pads to complement your new USR slotted rotors"
"EBC .... produces ..... USR discs with a new, long lasting corrosion resistant finish. ..... either the world famous thermic or for less popular smaller batch items we use the new NITROTHERM™ process of anti corrosive paint applied using this revolutionary process that coats with warm Nitrogen producing a better finish"

Also would like to know brake system fluid capacity, if anyone knows, I couldn't find it

IMG_20170425_135148.jpg I'm on a first gen, and just installed ebc sport rotors and yellow stuff pads...Notice slight squeaks I'm assuming is just bedding/breaking in process. Idk!
