Yeah, I just don't want to do 285s because of rubbing issues. Literally the only reason

I also agree with @Doggman regarding the uca... tuff country sounds like junk country.

It is the same measurement for the backpad/mounting pad of the wheel in relation to the wheel width and centerline. One is mm and one is inches. You can convert backspace into offset and offset into backspace

They are both measurements based off of mounting surface but one is from the wheel centerline (offset) and the other is from the back of the wheel (backspace).

Wheel centerline does not matter when measuring backspace. Offset does not equal backspace. Check out the specs on those wheels. 12 mm (offset) does not equal 4 inches (backspace)

Let me clarify my post: one correlates with the other, respectively. They're both a measurement of the mounting pad location, which was my post specifically trying to say in regards to the post I quoted saying they weren't the same measurement.

Totally agree with you here. I interpreted your post wrong when I read "convert"

Alright guys, so I've done quite a bit more research and I think I may have found my final combination. What do you guys think? See any flaws in this?

I forgot to update this lol, I told you guys I would. I ended up getting icon stage 2 kit, Cooper s/t maxx 285/75/16. Raceline raptor wheels with 4.5" backspacing (16x8), and total Chaos uca's.
