I had a shop pull my king coils off my truck the other day and when they got done I ended up with a abs light on. The cruise control and 4wd are also not functioning. Any ideas on what could have happened? I see no damage to wires and saw no blown fuses. Any info would be appreciated.

I would check the sensors on the side of your spindles. Make sure they are plugged in correctly.

I'll look again but that was first thing I checked and they were tight and in good shape.

Call the shop. They might know if they did anything.

He was trying to scan it when I showed up but I was in a hurry and told him id bring it back. At the time it was only abs/traction light but I soon realized I had no cruise control or 4x4. I'm taking it back soon for him to check it out but I figured I'd check around and see if it was something common or a simple fix.

Might have stretched one of the sensor wires and broke the conductor inside of it.

I'm guessing this is probably what's going on because it's the only wire near the coils.

Same thing happened on my uncles tundra. He fixed it himself, even though I told him he should take it back. The shop should replace it.

I don't have much experience with lifting Tacomas, but in the 4Runner world that screams of the ABS sensor wire. It's already been stated above, but those sensor wires become brittle and kinked and can easily be damaged during suspension work (stretching them too much is enough). A Toyota diagnostic device would be able to tell you which specific wire; it's a relatively simple fix if you DIY and buy the part (edit: and have the shop pay).
