Had to switch up my set up a little bit. too many wires to not use a ground buss. So I am changing over to the Blue Sea 6 fuse with negative buss and cover. My dad will be milling up a custom made mount out of aluminum for me for this fuse block / relay / circuit braker build.

Ripped out all my old wiring and bullshit for my fog lights, ditch lights, light bar, and air compressor. It was an absolute mess.

All new harnesses cut to length and installed with heat shrink waterproof and insulated connectors of course. Each accessory has its own lighted switch now.

Main connections for to the battery and ground and crimped and soldered with heat shrink on top.

Blue sea fuse block with ground buss, circuit breakers, and relays all installed on a custom made aluminum mount milled out, drilled, and tapped by my dad. Here's the final product.

I got a couple extra pictures of my custom fuse block set up last night while I was in the garage. I just got done doing calipers, rotors, and pads. Nothing too special just duralast calipers, duralast max brake pads (with the lifetime warranty), and durlast gold rotors.

Worked hard on it, I know my dad did too! He used a water jet at his work to make it and drilled and tapped it all himself. I just made him a cardboard template and he came home with it the next day! It really came out super nice.

I've got another question about this, how is it working for you? Do you need any kind of a shutoff valve? What does the compressor do when it hits 120psi and fills up the system when you aren't draining it? Does it have a shutoff?

Great question. I do not have a pressure switch so it does not shut off. Potentially I could blow the motor or blow a line if i didnt shut it off. But this type of compressor isnt made to hold pressure. Its technically an "inflator" and thats all its for.

I connect my air hose to the outlet and put the other end on my valve stem and turn it on. from there I watch the gauge on the compressosr and shut it off when it gets to my desired PSI with the switch in the cab. Then disconect the hoses and carry on. Its designed for only infalting tires and I do not keep the lines pressurized when I am not using the system.

Good to know, thanks. I think I'm going to try to wire in a shutoff valve. I'll still have to manually turn it on and off, but at least it'll shut itself off before it blows.

Good plan. Mines just on a budget and for as often as I'll use it, it works for me. If I was to go further in depth with it I'd have a pressure switch and a tank. Keep me updated on yours I'd love to check it out.

Did it this weekend. Definitely need to clean up the wiring like you did, but that'll come later:
