I have a 3" pro comp lift on my Tacoma and was wondering if you can add more lift to it with a body/spacer to add 1-2" more to the lift?IMG_3469.jpg

Body lift or you will have to switch over to a drop bracket lift. Your CV's can't handle anymore than 3".

Edit: Maybe if you put a 1" diff spacer it would buy you another 1/2" of play and maybe a 1" spacer on top of the coilover but thats pushing the CV angles.

Besides changing the cv's is there anything else I need to change out like rear blocks to even out the height?

You don't change the CVs to accomplish this. He was saying you'll nuke them quicker if you go over three. Just get a BL.
