What are those UCAs going to do for your extreme preload?

Nothing, I'm just saying I'm still working on the truck. So now that I know that my preload is an issue, (thank you btw), I can adjust the spring base on the strut and possibly get a bit more of a quality ride than a pogo stick

Thank for all the advice. I'll look into the 2.5 icon COs as well. Now I see you said I could go with the OME coils instead of the eibachs. Are they a softer ride over the eibachs?? Thinking about the 883s. Don't have cv joints. (2wd)

Yeah those Eibachs are 620lb coils. And especially for you w/ a prerunner would be absolutely bone jarring and wrong application for your truck. If you're budget allows it King, Fox, Icon or ADS coilovers are top notch and fully adjustable and rebuildable on top of that! You could do a spindle lift also!

Ill look into those. Cool that they are fully rebuildable too!!! The only spindles i can find are like 1000 up! Do they more affordable ones?

Yes they ride softer. 883s are the same hight as 881s but more stiff for extra wieght on the front (bumper/winch). 882s are the same spring rate as 881s but give even more lift. So get
883s - want same lift as 881s but plan to add bumper/winch
882s for most lift with stock set up on the front
    881s for a 2.5-3in lift (with a 10mm spacer)
880s for stock to 1in lift
